VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, NO ADDED MSG AND REDUCED SODIUM 

Each product can be made by simply adding water and cooking, however we do provide suggestions of other optional additions that compliment each specific recipe. Five of our products (Mexican taco, Smoky Black Bean Quinoa Chili, Hawaiian Chicken Chili, Calico Bean and Minestrone) are designed for the crock pot, the remaining items can be made stove top in 30-40 mins. Our soup packages (when prepared according to the instructions) make 8-10 1 cup servings and easily feed a family of 4-5 people.
