Our corazon bean-to-bar chocolate bar is 75% cacao with honey, cacao nibs, vanilla bean and true rose otto essence. Fall in love with the perfect marriage of floral rose, sweet honey, complex cacao nibs and a kiss of vanilla. A rose is often a token of the heart, and corazon means heart in Spanish, a “romantic” language, so it is only fitting that two people in love created this bar – together. bean-to-bar dark chocolate The exceptional cacao beans in this chocolate bar are sourced directly from small cacao growers in Haiti, Guatemala, and Belize. These farmers are paid a premium and stable price which helps them plan for continued prosperity and support the biodiversity of their farms and the local environment. We take this fine cacao and roast, winnow, refine, temper, pour, and package our chocolate all by hand in Cobble Hill, BC.
